UX/UI Design
Redesigning Pininfarina’s eCommerce experience to connect iconic design with digital performance.
I redesigned Pininfarina’s eCommerce experience to translate the brand’s renowned design language into a clearer, more intuitive and conversion-focused digital journey.
The work covered information architecture, responsive UX/UI, product presentation and checkout optimisation, balancing premium visual storytelling with the practical needs of an international online store.
01
Overview
Pininfarina’s online store needed to reflect the same level of quality, clarity and attention to detail that defines its physical products.
The challenge was not simply to redesign the interface, but to create an eCommerce experience that balanced premium brand perception with usability, discoverability and conversion.
Every interaction had to support both storytelling and purchasing, without compromising performance across desktop and mobile.

02
The challenge
Pininfarina’s products are recognised worldwide for their craftsmanship and timeless design, yet the digital experience didn’t fully reflect the same level of refinement.
The challenge was to simplify navigation, improve product discoverability and create a purchasing journey that felt effortless without sacrificing the brand’s premium identity.
Every design decision needed to balance aesthetics, usability and commercial performance across multiple devices.

What this project reinforced
This project reinforced how premium digital experiences are not defined by visual polish alone, but by the ability to make complex interactions feel simple and intuitive.
Designing for a globally recognised brand meant finding the right balance between storytelling, usability and business objectives, ensuring that every interaction strengthened both the customer experience and the brand itself.
The most memorable digital experiences combine emotion, usability and purpose.
